Introduction
This Service Center Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation as a Service Center in Richlance International’s direct sales program.
It defines the operational structure, earning model, territorial rights, and the responsibilities expected from each approved Service Center.
Definitions
Service Center refers to an individual or business that has registered for the Service Center membership.
Program refers to Richlance International’s direct sales program.
Products refers to digital and physical products offered through the Program.
Website refers to www.richlance.com and related official Richlance properties.
State refers to a geographical area designated by the government.
Membership Requirements
Age: You must be at least 18 years old to become a Service Center.
Registration: You must register with accurate and complete information.
Package: You must pay the package fee (₦10,000,000 - ₦50,000,000). Products are given equivalent to the package amount.
Location: Only one Service Center will be allowed per State.
Membership Benefits
Earning Potential: Earn up to 2-4% of all Collection Center monthly sales within your State.
Exclusive Territory Rights: Sole representative for your State.
Direct Access to Products: Purchase products from the company at competitive rates.
Supply Opportunity: Supply products to all Collection Centers in your State.
Earning Structure
Sales Commission: 2-4% of total monthly sales from all Collection Centers in your State.
State-Wide Sales Bonus: Calculated based on total State-wide sales.
Obligations
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must adhere to the Program’s rules and guidelines.
You must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
You must manage inventory levels to ensure timely product delivery.
You must provide excellent support to Collection Centers in your State.
Territorial Rights
As a Service Center, you will have exclusive territorial rights to operate within your designated State.
Collection Center Management
You will oversee all Collection Centers in your State.
You will provide training and support to Collection Centers.
You will track sales performance of Collection Centers.
Termination, Law, and Contact
Richlance International Limited reserves the right to terminate any Service Center Agreement at its sole discretion for non-compliance, breach of confidentiality, failure to supply or distribute products within the stipulated time, harm to company reputation, or other reasonable grounds.
A Service Center may terminate its agreement by providing written notice of three (3) months. Upon termination by either party, the Service Center will receive products equivalent to the value of the subscribed package, and there shall be no cash refund of the package subscription fee.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.
